Year 7 Natural History Museum Trip
Last week, the whole of Year 7 had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Natural History Museum. It was an exciting and educational trip where students explored fascinating exhibits and discovered more about the natural world.
One of the main highlights was the dinosaur gallery, where students saw impressive dinosaur skeletons and learned about how these incredible creatures lived millions of years ago. The life-sized models and interactive displays really brought the prehistoric world to life!
Students also explored galleries dedicated to mammals, marine life, insects, and human evolution. They learned interesting facts about a wide range of animals, from the largest whales to the tiniest bugs, and discovered how scientists study fossils to piece together Earth’s history.
Overall, it was an inspiring day full of discovery, curiosity, and fun. Year 7 returned to school with new knowledge and a deeper appreciation of the wonders of the natural world!
