Year 9 Football Team

The year 9 Football team won their first game of the season 4-3 against Oaks Park in the Redbridge Cup. The boys started the game fantastically and went 3-0 up just after half time with a hat trick from Eltion who showed outstanding skill and composure to go round the goalkeeper on 2 occasions to score.

Oaks Park pulled 2 goals back, but Eltion added to his tally with a fourth goal. Oaks Park scored again to make it 4-3 but the boys held on. Steph was awarded man of the match after a solid defensive display where he kept their winger quiet through displaying outstanding desire and tenacity. He also showed great composure on the ball.
