Year 10 Professional Interviews – Stepping Into the World of Work

This week, all Year 10 students took an important step towards their future careers by taking part in professional interviews organised in partnership with Making The Leap. Students arrived at school smartly dressed in business attire, ready to make a strong first impression.

Each student had a formal interview with an experienced consultant. In preparation, they practised answering common interview questions, reflected on their strengths and achievements, and learned how to present themselves confidently. After the interviews, they received personalised feedback on their performance to help them develop their communication and employability skills further.

A special congratulations goes to the top 25 students, who impressed the consultants the most and were selected to take part in an exclusive business challenge with Accenture. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply their skills in a real-world setting and gain insight into working in a global professional environment.
