Pastoral Support

We provide high quality pastoral support for all students at TFA, and a bespoke programme for those who need it.

All students have:

• A form teacher they see every day
• A dedicated head of year who works with them and will know them well
• A superb personal development programme, taught by form teachers and supplemented by our assemblies
• Regular visiting speakers
• Access to mentoring when needed

We have a large pastoral team, who will know your child and who will support them throughout their education. Our safeguarding team are experts, and there are posters throughout the school showing the students how and where to get support.

We have in-school counsellors, who work with students specifically on mental health and wellbeing.

We work with a range of external agencies to provide more specialist support.
