University of East London

The year 10 GCSE PE pupils went on a trip yesterday to the University of East London. On the trip, the pupils got to utilise high tech sports science equipment to test their lung function, reactive strength, isometric strength, balance and VO2 Max.

The pupils also got the opportunity to explore the campus viewing the sporting facilities, library, halls and the student union. Lastly, the pupils had the opportunity to have a Q&A with a university lecturer and a group of current students to gain an insight on university life. The pupils were a credit to the school.
