Speak Out Challenge – Year 10 

We held our annual Speak Out Challenge for Year 10 pupils this week.  Speak Out training empowers teenagers from all backgrounds to become strong communicators, raising confidence, improving employability and providing opportunities to connect with one another and the world. These are skills that are needed now more than ever. Our pupils made us very proud, being totally engaged and focused throughout the day. Most importantly they had a lot of fun developing their speaking skills and gained in confidence. They spoke on a range of subjects, from how sport changes young people’s lives to identity and self-acceptance. One of our pupils will now go through to the regional finals and we cannot wait to see their future success.
