Exceptional Results for BSF!
We are pleased to report exceptional achievements by our students in their A levels and Vocational qualifications this summer:
- 100% of students have secured progression routes
- Highest number ever to go to university – over 300 students
- The majority of students have taken up their first choice destinations and expected 25% at elite world-class high tariff Russell Group universities
- 29 students have achieved straight A*/A grades with 55 students gaining AAB or above
- 12 students have achieved straight Distinction*/Distinction for BTEC
- Four students have taken up their places at Medical and Dental School (Bristol, Southampton, Kent and Queen Mary).
- Degree apprenticeships: 13 students have secured higher/degree apprenticeships with the likes of PWC, Vodafone, KPMG and Deloitte

Our staff have worked tirelessly to ensure students are all able to progress onto further education, apprenticeships and employment, and we look forward to seeing what the students will achieve in the future.”
Hashim Ali (top left) achieved A*A*A* in Biology, Chemistry and Economics and is taking up his place at Bristol to study Medicine
Zaynab Shaikh (bottom left) achieved A*AAA in Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Further Maths and is taking up her place at Queen Mary to study Dentistry
Aaman Ali (top right) achieved A*A*A* in Maths, Computer Science and Biology and will be studying Computer Science with a year in industry at Kings College
Head Girl at the Beal campus Maya Devsi (bottom right) achieved A*A*A in Sociology, Maths and Biology and is heading to Queen Mary to study Law
Walidah Nabukalu: (Deputy Head Girl at TFA campus) Achieved 3 As in Maths, Biology and Psychology. Walidah is going to study Maths and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London.
I am really happy and proud of my results, I put in a lot of hard work and effort, and I am happy it paid off.
Sadiya Rahman (Head Girl at TFA campus): Achieved AAB, in Maths, Economics and Law respectively.
Sadiya will be going to Kings College London to study Economics.
Manreet Jheeta achieved A*AA in English Literature, Maths and Politics and is heading to UC to study comparative literature
Head boy at the Beal campus Kerem Mustaq achieved A*A*A* in RS, Maths and Sociology and is going to UCL to study Philosophy
Amelie Katechia (former Head Girl at the TFA campus): Achieved D*D in BTEC National Diploma Business along with a grade B in A-level Product Design. Amelie is going on to Westminster University to study Architecture and Environmental Design
Akshayaa Manoharan achieved A*A*A in Economics, Maths and Chemistry and is studying Accounting and Finance at London School of Economics
Mahia Ahmed achieved A*AA in Sociology, Maths and Biology and will be studying Biological Sciences at Imperial College (following a placement at SCAMP project with the university)
Hamza Yousaf: Achieved 3 Distinctions in BTEC National Diploma Construction and BTEC Extended Certificate in Business. He will be off to Reading University to study Quantity Surveying.
Nazar Fulavka: Achieved D*D* in BTEC National Diploma in Business, along with a grade A in A level Law. Nazar will be studying a Law degree at the University of Greenwich.
My mum is going to be really happy I will be studying Law!
Clinton Akhidenor (former Head Boy): Achieved 3 Distinctions in BTEC National Diploma Business and BTEC Extended Certificate in ICT. Clinton was a ‘Three Year Pathway’ student and has successfully achieved grades that truly reflect his abilities. Clinton is off to the University of Portsmouth to study Cyber Security and Forensic Computing, including a year overseas.
Amar Sidhu: Achieved D*D and D* in BTEC National Diploma Business and BTEC Extended Certificate in ICT. Amar will be going to Queen Mary University of London to study Accounting and Management
Mohian Ahmed Bhuiyan: Achieved D*D and D in BTEC National Diploma Business and BTEC Extended Certificate in ICT. Mohian is going to Queen Mary University of London to study Marketing and Management which has made his made incredibly proud.
